Bronze Sockets & Switches
Bronzes are a great versatile finish that suit period, modern and updated / renovated interiors. In a period property - Edwardian, Victorian or Georgian, Bronze sockets and switches match and blend into the interior room style, while in modern properties the bronze finish creates a contrast and a feature. For older renovated properties updated to modern inetrior decor, a bronze finish provides an excellent way of highlighing and accenting the old in the new setting.
Since there are many tones in bronze metals with ages we provide 8 bronze socket and switch finishes so you can find one to complement your interiors.
Bronze
Bronze aims to look like dark fresh cast bronze in a subtle brown / charcoal bronze finish with a flat sheen consistent over the entire socket or switch plate.
Bronze Antique
Bronze Antique has a subtle golden bronze tinge to give this range a warm rich finish consistent over the entire metal plate, and is one of the most popular socket and switch finishes.
Cocoa Bronze
As the name suggests Cocoa Bronze has a warmer chocolately brown finish to the bronze providing warmth to a room rather than some of the maybe colder more austere bronze finishes. The finish has the appearance of a dull waxed rubbed down finish to give the look of a genuine time aged plate.
Light Bronze
The opposite of Bronze Noir, Light Bronze is our lightest bronze finish combining a subtle brown, warm mushroom and pale grey mix to give the light bronze finish consistent over the entire plate. Ideal for when a more gentle finish than pure bronze.
Old Bronze
Old Bronze is designed to have a duller and aged heritage look with a bronze finish with dark green and greyed brown tones, rubbed down to give the aged appearance. The rubbing process means that every plate is individual and slightly different staying true to the aging antique look.
