This range is made from Solid Copper and is not lacquered or waxed. It contains all of the natural benefits of pure Copper and as a result the plate will age and change appearence over time.
What is a Shaver Socket?
The shaver sockets that we sell are all fitted with an internal transformer. Only this type can be fitted in a bathroom as the transformer isolates the supply from the mains making it safer and suitable for bathroom use.
Our shaver sockets are duel voltage and have two 2 pin outlets on the faceplate enabling them to operate within two voltage ranges 220/240v (UK Ireland & specific countries worldwide) or 110/120v (USA & specific countries worldwide).
Our shaver Sockets have an earth terminal as well as live and neutral terminals and these terminals will accept 2 x 1.5mm Twin & Earth Cables.
We recommend 47mm deep wall boxes for mounting our Shaver Sockets.
We can also supply single sized Shaver Sockets on request.
