We take great care to get your order to you in pristine condition however sometimes accidents do happen.
Please email [email protected] with full details and photos were possible of suspected fault or damage before you return any items.
We will look at the damage/fault and issue you with a Returns Authority Number (RAN) if required. This will help speed up the process once returned. Any item found to be faulty will be exchanged without question.
If you are issued with a RAN we arrange a collection date with you for the items to be returned to us.
